New Mailing Address 2025
The Point Township Sewer Authority has a new mailing address. The board decided to close the PO Box and utilize the mailbox at our physical location. The new address is 759 Ridge Road, Suite A. If you have bill pay set up at your bank, please change the address so your payment doesn't get returned. Please contact the office is you have any questions.

Sewer Rates vary based on location. $76.00 and $86.00
Call for Commercial Rates as they are based on multiple factors.
Inspection Fee - $50.00 for the 1st hour.

2025 Projects and Achievements
· Completed the connection of Phase I and the entire Phase II of the Route 11 Force main replacement project. This was done to ensure the integrity of the main from any cracks, leaks or breakages.
· Completed system wide GIS mapping.
· Performed CCTV in the Route 11 area, north of the pump station.
· Replaced floats and valves on several pump stations.
· Repaired the Rt 11 pump station after storm damage.
· Applied for Grants to replace older sewer mains.
· The total treatment expenses paid to the Borough in 2025 was $798,685.63
Collection Notices
The PTSA has engaged with a collection agency. The agency is Portnoff Law Associates, LTD. If you receive a notice from them, please pay them directly. You may pay online at www.portnoffonline.com by mail at PO Box 3020, Norristown, Pa 19404. You may reach them at 1-866-211-9466. These accounts are now out of our office, and we would appreciate all questions and concerns be directed to Portnoff. Thank you!
Change in Credit Card Process
The software company has changed the credit card processing company. You will use the "Utility Customer Portal". A new account will need to be created by you, prior to the first time using the Citizen Action Centers site. Please contact the "Website Support'" for any issues you encounter. This is new to me as well so I may not be much assistance. If you need to contact the office call 570-701-1260. The phone number listed is not correct and I'm in the process of having it corrected. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

All meetings are held the second Thursday of each month in the conference room at the Point Township Municipal Building, Starting at 7 PM
Public attendance at the meetings is encouraged.

ATTENTION
Effective July 1, 2022; there has been an increase in the monthly administrative late fee. The fee has increased from 10% to 24.66%. Please pay all sewer rent by the due date in order to avoid the administrative late fee. Please call the office if you have questions.
